Felipe Li’Wuan is a self-taught Brazilian artist, born in 1987 in Brasília (DF). His work reflects intense experiences within the marginal areas of society, where the street, skateboarding, and tattooing merge into a single creative environment.
A tattoo artist since 2007 and a skateboarder since 1999, Li’Wuan brings to his art the rawness, affection, and resilience that emerge from relationships formed in socially challenging environments.
His work arises from the direct observation of urban reality — the street corners, the walls, and the stories that rarely receive public attention. Through a raw yet sensitive aesthetic, Li’Wuan portrays people who live in the shadows of the everyday, transforming invisibility into expression.
